Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you have purchased a TekSkins product directly from Mascot Metropolitan, and
are not completely satisfied with the product's quality and function, you may
return the product to Mascot Metropolitan within 30 days of the date of invoice
for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price. After 30 days product
may be returned for any factory defects beyond normal wear and tear.

Buyer is responsible
for shipping both ways. Product must be in like new condition as determined by

(must have bought within 1 year) or RMA number given to you by a support staff.

you with a Credit Return Authorization Number (CRA #), or give you an alternate
shipping address if from a remote warehouse.
3. Pack the product
in its original packaging or any other secure box so no further damage occurs.
Be sure to mail the package within 5 working days of the issue of the Credit Return
Authorization Number.(CRA#)
4. Clearly mark the outside of the
box with your RA #. We will not accept any return without an RA # on the outside
of the package.

Returned products must be in as-new condition, and other items included with a
