Our
Guarantee/Return Policy:

Mascot Metropolitan
offers a full one year guarantee on manufacturing defects for all parts,
including sowing. Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
Mascot Metropolitan will repair or replace the defective case at their option.

Note:
if for some reason you have lost your receipt or it is shortly after 1 year from
purchase, please contact us to discuss the particular situation:

There are 2 ways to process a return:
Method
#1:
Send back the defective case with proof of purchase (must have bought within 1
year) or RMA number given to you by a support staff.

Please include a note with:
full name
your shipping address
your phone number
e-mail address
where you bought it
when you bought it (if no receipt)
what is broken
Method
#2:
Fill out online
form, we will temporarily charge your credit card, send you a new one, and
you can send the broken case back after you have received the new one. We will
credit your card upon receipt of the old case. This allows you to still use the
case until a new one arrives.
